| The flocculation of an emulsion, viz. the formation of aggregates may be followed by coalescence. If coalescence is extensive it leads to the formation of a macrophase and the emulsion is said to break. | ემულსიის ფლოკულაცია, კერძოდ, როცა აგრეგატების ფორმირებას თან ახლავს შეერთების (შერწყმის) პროცესი. თუ შერწყმა ფართოა (ვრცელია), ადგილი აქვს მაკროფაზის წარმოქმნას და ამბობენ, რომ ემულსია ირღვევა. |
