Registration will be possible from December 1, 2022.
Abstract for the presentation should be directly uploaded during registration process or submitted by e-mail as a DOC file to organizing committee.
Abstract length is limited up to 2 pages size A4.
The deadline for abstract submission is May 30, 2023.
Registration fee includes admission to the scientific events, coffee breaks, lunches, a copy of the proceedings and city tour.
Authors will be notified of acceptance by June 5, 2023.

Notices:
- Wire transfers should be followed by a copy of bank remittance
- All bank charges for remittance must be borne by the registrant.
- Please note that the fee must be transferred under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt
Registration fee cancellation policy:
- The cancellation before June 10, 2023 50% of paid sum will be refunded.
- After June 10, 2023 - cancellation of participation not refund.
- All refunds will be made within two weeks after the finishing of the conference excluding bank charges and overheads
If the participant would like to cancel his attendance, the notifying letter as well as the request for the reimbursement of the registration fee should be sent to organizing committee.
