Call for abstracts

Registration will be possible from May 15-th 2011.

Abstract for the presentation should be directly uploaded during registration process or submitted by e-mail as a DOC file to Assis. Professor Irma Lagvilava.

Abstract length is limited up to 2 pages size A4.

The deadline for abstract submission is July 30, 2011.

Authors will be notified of acceptance by August 5, 2011.

The registration fee for foreign participants includes admission to the scientific events, coffee breaks, lunches, the reception meeting, a copy of the proceedings and accommodation.

The registration fee for domestic participants includes admission to the scientific events, coffee breaks, lunches and a copy of the proceedings.

The following table summarizes the requested fees. It should be noticed that September is high tourist season in Georgia. Delegates asking for single rooms should be aware that their requests will be covered on a
first-registration/come-first serve basis.
